I'm not sure about this level of explaining someone's performance! I don't know what their jobs require! So how could I possibly judge right from wrong? I just know that when I didn't understand the paperwork she explained it! When I needed some work done she gave me options of people in the fields that I needed help in. By the end, I don't have any question that she knew what to do every step of the way! She got it cleaned because after 9 hours of work on moving day she was left with a mess from the movers my family & friends that helped with all of the crud of moving. She got it SOLD!

Kathryn guided us into getting the right credits from the seller. She also made sure that left over junk was removed from the house once the seller moved out. She contacted the seller's agent and made sure that junk removal personal showed up on time to finish this task.
