Kathy sold our home in approximately 45 days! I believe the reason we sold our home was because of Kathy with her diligence to be dominate in the industry. She inspected the neighborhood and searched the area to make sure we received the right price for our house along with looking at marinas and boat ramps in the area to attract the right client to buy. The house was in a golf community and she even visited the local club houses to see what the deals were on golfing and using the facilities so she would have the correct answers for her customers. She was relentless with several open houses and great (outstanding) photography on the listing. Most of all was her knowledge on using social media to advertise our home. She was always communicating with us and guiding us through the process, right down to the closing . She obviously loves what she does and it shows in her work.
