A smooth process!

Thanks to Kathryn Lomax, another easy sale. Kathryn has helped me with many property sales, both for me personally and for my renovation/rental business. This time though, my 89 year old mother-in-law was transitioning from her home to independent living. Kathryn was so great in explaining the process to her, helping in every stage. She moved furniture, took photographs, did HOA research, held an open house, attended showings, worked with all the parties, and most importantly kept my mother-in-law informed, making the whole process more bearable.
