Kathrin is amazing at what she does! We initially worked with her to buy our home, so when we decided to sell, we obviously decided to work with her again! We never even made it on the market. I reached out to her well in advance because I was a little nervous about timing and not carrying the mortgage too long while paying at our new home as well.
