Kathrin was very helpful during my home buying process despite being over 1100 miles away. Buying a home over the phone or rather getting under contract for a place you’ve never personally viewed can be stressful. She went above and beyond during the process, I have worked with less accommodating realtors in the past. Most notably, updating me on every step during the building process, timelines, price points, and providing clarity on things I needed to do and best practices. She also did weekly video walkthroughs during the complete construction for over 8 weeks and held the builder to his agreement in terms of timeline and quality which streamlined the process. All in all, I’d rate the quality of her services 5/5 during my purchase.
