I worked with Kathrin for the sale of a house in January and then purchase this past month. Both of them I had to work with her mostly from out of state. The sale in January was the sale of my first home purchased and was moving out of state. She was up-front, honest and helped walk through the entire process, giving guidance and reassurance along the way. She was able to lead us to a smooth closing and I could not have been more pleased to work with her! 6 months later I was moving back in state. On short notice I called Kathrin to ask for help to find a home in the RH area. She immediately jumped in to help! I was in town for one week and she was able to schedule showings for all the houses I wanted to see, knew the area and the layouts of the homes well. She also got to know me and my family and was an excellent sounding board to discuss the pros and cons of the houses we saw in relation to what would fit our family! Once we found a house she again brought her straightforward demeanor to the negotiations, helped schedule inspections, provided helpful information for after close and brought us to a smooth closing! If I buy or sell again, Kathrin will be my only call! I could not recommend her enough, she made me feel comfortable and confident through the entire process!
