Kathy was a wonderful realtor to have! She was extremely professional and very helpful with any and all questions. Her years of experience shone through while working with her. She went above and beyond our expectations in house hunting, careful to show us properties she thought would work. I appreciated the personal attention to detail she provided, listening to what we needed and what we didn't want. Would 100% recommend to any new homebuyers or repeat home buyers. Had just been through two P&S agreements with another Realtor that fell through due to the seller. My current realtor suggested switching over to Kathy due to her experience in the area and they were not wrong. Kathy did her best during the worst time of the year to help me locate a home. Kathy even took time on the weekend's to go take a quick look at houses. Not only does Kathy have the patience and knowledge she has a great personality and ease to work with. Kathy can be quiet but she really listens. I highly recommend Kathy to anyone. I respect and appreciate the fact that she was very honest with me.
