I met Kathleen Wright via a college colleague who highly recommended me for the purchase of a home. In 2000, Kathleen and I ventured on a series of house hunting. She took my application over the phone over whether I wanted a previously occupied house by a family or one inhabitant, no less than 5 years old, small not large manageable yard, and no more than $150,000 in Gwinnett County. When I met Kathleen in her office she had at least five showings for me on that day. She also inquired about the financing and I had done, what most relators who guard against, was apply for a mortgage loan via the Internet based on mailing flyers. Once we found a house, that Kathleen told me would occur who I saw it. I think we looked at about eight houses and with her the extreme passion of a good relator. Kathleen worked with me via the mortgage company and the sellers because the financing stalled after the nonexistent mortgage broker left the company. We had to negotiate with sellers that the financial package would be completed in 2 weeks and Kathleen worked with me by calling the Internet Company and pushing the paperwork. I have referred friends, colleagues to Kathleen in the purchase of a new home, or reselling and purchasing a new home.
