Kathleen is so dedicated to selling property. I tried other realtors and I have to say she was definitely the best and worked the hardest to sell my home. My only regret is not listing my home with her sooner.
Kathleen and Epp Walls are the consummate professionals when it comes to selling a home. Kathleen wrote a wonderfully inviting description of our house for the listing, and Epp made some awesome photos as well. They do not mess around. There were three showings the first day, and a steady stream thereafter. They took away all the concerns of selling a home, and guided us in making good decisions in the process. They are also two of the nicest people we have met since moving back to the area. If we ever decide to sell our current home, we hope they will be willing to serve as our Realtor.

Kathleen helped us find our farm in Liberty, Kentucky. We were moving from Virginia with a load of horses and an "ever changing" wish list. She listened to our needs, and took us on a search of the area. Being a horse owner herself, she knew what to show us. The farm we ended up buying was perfect, though it was not on our original wish list. She took care of everything, since we had to do a lot of the paperwork over the phone. She's the BEST !
Kathleen has great customer service. She is a good listener and easy to understand. She goes above and beyond expectations. For example, she takes calls after business hours, she will schedule time for the customer at the customer's request, and she will accommodate most requests. I give her 5 stars in Customer service!
