An Agent that Truly Cares!

Kathleen was our agent for our move from Pittsburgh back to the NEPA area. I grew up in this area and have been away for about 10 years. Kathleen was the first person I called when we began looking for houses - her warmth, excellent communication, and genuine care about finding a home, not just a house, for my husband and I made the buying process a game-changing experience. We had a bit of a challenge with a contingency before buying the new house and this was our first experience with this situation; Kathleen was constantly available for updates and support over a period of a few months while we waited for a buyer, and helped up navigate several roadblocks. She helped us find multiple options as back-up plans should the house we wanted end up selling before we were able to buy - in the end, we got the house, and I truly believe this might not have happened without Kathleen’s continuous commitment to this sale and constant, strategic communication with the sellers. We highly recommend Kathleen for anyone looking for an agent that genuinely cares about your family, is very knowledgeable in the field, is skilled at negotiating, and will work very hard to make you feel welcome and comfortable in a new home!
