Excellent experience, best realtor I have ever worked with!

Kathleen and her teams provided us with excellent communications, keeping us informed at all time. From the very beginning she provided us with a correct evaluation of our property, and answer all our questions in regards to her assessment. We also needed some small repairs, some painting and touch ups, and Kathleen was right there for us hiring and managing dependable and skilled contractors to get our place, ready for sale and for a smooth property inspection! In closing I would just like to add that I was overseas during the sale process, and even though there was a 10 hours time difference, due to Kathleen's extremely effective project management skills, that did not slow us down.
