The best real estate agent out there!!!

My experience as having Kathleen as my real estate agent was way beyond my expectations! She always seemed to be a few steps ahead of me when it came to questions I asked, she usually had the answers right then or very shortly thereafter. The whole transaction went. Super smooth. From listing to closing in 16 days was simply amazing in my eyes. She made everything seem so effortless and very clear. She is now my agent for life!!! oh, and we closed with an offer 35,000 above asking, couldn’t ask for more.
