We recently had the privilege of working with Kathy a second time. Kathy helped us purchase our first condo. In now selling the same condo, we knew we wanted to work again with Kathy and have her as our agent. We can't speak highly enough of Kathy as our real estate agent. Kathy took all the necessary precautions to make sure everyone was as safe as possible. Upon entry, mask and gloves were provided for buying agents and clients. Safety for all was a top priority for Kathy. Kathy had a knack for attention to detail. She wanted to make sure we had the best available pictures to show our condo. Kathy hired a professional photographer to take pictures. The pictures turned out great as they showed exceptionally well on all the listing web sites. In selling our condo, we had lengthy negotiations with buyers. During these negotiations, we felt like Kathy always had our best interest in mind. We appreciate her experience and patience as we navigated discussions with the buyers. We have and will continue to recommend Kathy to all our family and friends.

Our house had been on the market for several years and we have tried many realtors. Kathy was finally able to sell it. Kathy was very reliable and always made time to support us. Kathy is very professional and a great person to work with.
