We highly recommend Kathleen Quarles, the realtor who sold our house in Delray Beach. She's very experienced, smart, savvy, creative, knows the market, is a good negotiator, has insights into buyers, and provided excellent communication with us and other agents. She is confident and cheerful and sensitive and encouraging. Her can-do attitude extended beyond the sale of our house to the many challenges of moving. Kathleen was a truly amazing realtor. She guided us step by step through the process and helped us every step of the way. She went above and beyond her own responsibilities and made the whole home buying process so comfortable. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home. She is so kind, helpful, caring, and extremely good at what she does. Absolutely love her!!!!

Kathleen went above and beyond what is expected from a realtor. I appreciate all her hard work. Thank you, Janet Howe
