Prior to my career as a real estate agent, I worked for a real estate development company where I grew in my knowledge of real estate. I also attended classes in real estate investing and became a member of a real estate investment club. As president of a condominium association, I worked with property managers, contractors, banks, asset managers, attorneys, and building departments which are helpful when dealing with foreclosures and helping distressed homeowners. Through this experience I am able to effectively communicate with attorneys, property managers, and asset managers if necessary in order to close transactions, especially distressed properties in 30 days or less.
In every field that I have pursued, my objective has been to help people. This is why I became certified Short Sale and Foreclosure Registered, Home Equity Conversion Mortgage and Veteran Affairs Certified, as well as, a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist. These certifications I use in congruence with the SFR. In addition, I am a Certified Real Estate Negotiator.
It is my objective to continue to be open in learning and educating myself for the sole purpose of helping all those I meet with their real estate needs.
