Kathleen Perri went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth. She genuinely cares and validated my feeling and concerns through-out the stressful inspections. She made herself available at all times to answer all my questions and just listen when I needed someone to hear me. She even called me on the weekends to check-up on me. Kathy literally held my hand through-out the entire process. Her knowledge of the market is exceptional! She helped me stage for success and took professional pictures. She put my house up for sale on a Thursday and the following Tuesday I had 4 over asking price offers. I cannot recommend Kathy enough! Thank you, Kathy for helping me begin my new chapter in life!
