Her meticulous care in assessing our property, giving recommendations for improvements and patiently guiding us through the listing process gave us such peace of mind. This was our fifth house to sell and this sale was the smoothest, by far. She gave accurate appraisals, negotiated to get us more than asking and made the closing an easy process. My husband and I recently had the incredible fortune of working with Kathleen, who made the overwhelming task of purchasing a new construction home from out of state almost too easy! From the moment we started our search to the day we closed on our beautiful home, Kathleen’s expertise, knowledge, and genuine willingness to help was there every step of the process. Her dedication to understanding our needs and preferences was amazing. She was always there to back us up and help us with whatever we needed and that means a lot to us. What truly set her apart from others is her responsiveness and commitment to keeping us informed. Being that we were out of state and couldn’t stop by the property on our own, she took the time to stop at our property just about every single week. She sent us TONS of videos and pictures of new progress on our home and always told us about upcoming progress. We felt like we weren’t missing much by not being there because she was so detailed with her updates. We had so many questions and some concerns about the process, and she was always just a phone call, text, or email away. She promptly addressed our questions, provided detailed explanations, and even corresponded with contractors and inspectors on our behalf and met with them at the house when we couldn’t be there. She had our best interests at heart, and that level of care and dedication provided us with peace of mind during a stressful time. Even at the end of a very long and eventful day of inspections, walk-throughs, and contractors, she was still all in and took over when we were exhausted. That showed us what a gem she is.
