I highly recommend Kathleen Pasin as a listing agent. Kathleen sold my mother’s house at 13373 La Cresta in Los Altos Hills when I needed to move her into memory care. What was a very difficult and emotional situation was much more bearable with Kathleen’s help. Kathleen helped with clearing out the entire house, donating, recycling responsibly, and garbage as needed. She also has the resources to help families sell estate items if needed. She made the whole process so much easier. I do not know how I would have done it without her contacts and help. When it came time to prepare, market and sell the home she did an amazing job. She worked with her subcontractors to do flooring, painting and anything else to prepare the home properly then brought in her fantastic stager. The photos were first class as was the marketing material and she negotiated a great offer. The transaction closed smoothly, and I was very happy with the end result. At the last minute we discovered damage to the deck and Kathleen was able to get it repaired without delaying the on market date due to her responsiveness and quick action.
