Kathleen is is the one you want on your side in this challenging housing market. She is on the ball 100% of the time. We were first time buyers and she did a GREAT job explaining the whole process to us. Buying a house is stressful, but we took comfort in the fact that we had a smart, trustworthy and caring individual who really had our interests at heart. Her attention to detail is impecable! She worked with our tight schedule....well really our baby's schedule! She helped us buy the perfect house for us and was able to avoid a bidding war for it (it was very desirable) by playing the cards right getting our offer in first. If it wasn't for Kathleen, I really don't think we would have been able to get our house for the price we paid....it would have gone for much over asking price. 2 1/2 years later we are still very pleased with her service and highly recommend her to all of our family and friends.
