Kathleen helped the reviewer sell this property

Best agent ever!

We were selling our 7th home and buying our 8th when we worked with Kathleen so I have worked with several good, and not so good, agents over the years. Kathleen took the time to really understand what we wanted and help us find it. With the sale of our house she did an amazing job staging it and getting it ready to sell. My teenage daughter asked why it couldn't have always looked like this, it was so amazing! Kathleen made the process of negotiating through inspections as easy as possible and did everything she could to make things flow from listing to closed as smoothly as possible. When our youngest graduates and we decide to downsize, we will definitely be asking Kathleen to list our home and help us find our next place!
