Kathleen is very knowledgeable and very good at communication. She has her associate, Tiffany who I worked with directly and she is by far were very good at communicating and we felt very comfortable relying on her to get any answer anytime. That to me the essential skill as an agent. They are based in Gold Bar, Sultan, Index area and very knowledgeable in the area, They know people, they know the neighborhood. I would definitely highly recommend the team of Tiffany and Kathleen to anybody looking for buying/selling a house in that area.
