Where to start? Kathleen is quite simply THE BEST REALTOR - EVER!!! Not only does she go the extra mile for her own clients, she goes outside of the box to facilitate every possible angle to make the sale go through!! Kathleen has helped me sell 2 and buy 2 homes in the past 10 years, and sold my son's condo when he was getting nowhere with other realtors. She knows her area and has qualified contacts to refer to other areas and even other states! She has become a great personal friend over the years - and especially after my last sale which was challenging on SO many levels! She does whatever it takes and she knows what will work!
