Kathy was very professional and friendly in working with my mom and me in the sale of her condominium. Very early on she developed real estate market comps to help us decide on a listing price. She then made recommendations that helped in getting the unit ready for showing. Once the unit was under contract, she agreed to participate financially along with the buyer’s agent to resolve a minor issue associated with the inspection. She met our expectations and the whole experience was quite pleasant!
