Kathleen is a wonderful real estate agent she sold our mother‘s house for us very quickly she was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional, and an extremely nice person I would definitely recommend her to anybody that is trying to sell a house

Kathleen told us in the beginning that the price we settled for on the house was too aggressive for the market. She suggested dropping it by a certain percentage based on a marketing formula she uses. When we had a lot of traffic but no offers it was apparent that our price was too high. When we dropped the price as she advised, we had the same amount of traffic but this time it came with offers. Timing is everything. If we had held off on adjusting the price we likely wouldn't have sold the house for the amount we did. Within a month of the sale closing, the market cooled and housing prices dropped lower than we wanted to go. We listened to her expertise and take her advice on how to stage the house and what price we should sell for. That advice was dead on with regards to how much she thought we'd walk away with and how quickly it would sell. If we had another property to sell, I'd be calling Kathleen again.

I live out of state and had a more unique property to sell, therefore I needed a realtor who could really go the extra mile. Kathleen not only made sure everything went smooth on the sale end, but also met with my contractors and sent me pictures so I could keep up with the repairs that I wanted done prior to selling. Couldn’t have asked for a more helpful agent.
