Kathleen (Kat) is the best! She doesn't just list your house and wait for customers to come to her - she works it. She constantly would do things to attract other Realtors and buyers to the property.

Kathleen (Kat) McCrystal is the only realtor we will ever use. We live out-of-the-area and wanted to buy our dream home in Carmel/Monterey. At our third open house, we met Kat. We knew we struck gold - not with this particular house, but with her. Kat knows her stuff, listens carefully to her clients, and is able to evaluate/compare/contrast homes and neighborhoods like nobody’s business. She is honest. She has excellent people skills. She is tenacious without being pushy. All this (and more) is packaged inside a sunny persona that you want to have in your orbit. She really wants the best for her clients and will move heaven and earth to make it happen. For a year and a half, she checked the listings for us every. single. day. She immediately previewed potential homes, saving us a long drive and disappointment. She always made herself available to show us homes (lots of them.) When we found a home we loved, she expertly counseled us on the amount and conditions to offer, but left the final decisions to us. After our offer on our dream home was accepted, she bushwhacked a clear path for us through the jungle of inspections, negotiations, legal-ese, and paperwork, until escrow closed. Afterwards, she continued to support us as we got settled. There is a shortage of homes in Carmel/Monterey and the spectacular home sell quick, sometimes over asking price.
