We found this realtor to be very impersonal, pushy, and unprofessional. She put us on an automated email to send us listings every night, but the listings weren’t specific to what we were looking for, our budget, or our desired location. They were every listing out there, which left us to do the legwork of thinning the list out. The realtor was very unhelpful and pushy, leaving us constantly feeling pressured instead of supported through the process. After signing the contract she essentially disappeared until closing and was impossible to get a hold of. We wouldn’t have known better as it was our first time purchasing, but after having spoken to family and friends who had wonderful realtors, and even our lawyer who was frequently frustrated with her way of conducting business, we would not recommend her nor would we use her again.

We can’t thank Kathleen enough for helping us sell our family home in Douglaston. From the beginning to the end, she was nothing but a professional, and there for us for every step to give us the guidance and support that we needed. She became a part of our family after closing, and will always be a part of our family. We have recommended Kathleen to many people, and will continue to do so. We cannot say enough great things about Kathleen as a realtor and a friend.

I must say Kathleen is an amazing realtor! She was very kind, enthusiastic, and very knowledgeable. She assisted me in every step of the process and was easily accessible to answer any questions/ concerns that may have arisen. My realty process wasn't the ideal situation as I had come close to closing on multiple properties in which the seller either backed out or things didn't work out. Kathleen persevered stayed on top of things and found me my dream home and I am grateful for that. Kathleen and her team truly represent realtors that turn into family!
