Since this is such a big purchase (the biggest purchase you will ever make). Kathleen is very knowledgable and has open communication. However, she is going to do the very standard. For example, our house that we purchased had an overgrown lawn. There were a few other things that was kind of a let down. However, she was always prompt to respond, and we are still happy with our purchase.

Kathleen was incredible! We came to the Houston area from out-of-state, and she made the whole process possible. She’s always quick to respond to any questions, helped us work through every step, humored our spastic and far-afield house viewing requests, and negotiated our final offer to beat out competition. Oh, and she graciously held our one-year-old when we needed hands free for signing documents or walking through a house. She knows her field well and we are throughly satisfied with the service she offered.
