Kathleen was terrific. She knew how to price our apartment fairly; how to photograph it to capture its charm; to lead us every step of the way. She went way beyond what one might expect. She took care of the sale of our apartment from beginning to end and advised us with her wisdom and sensitivity. We feel very lucky that she represented us. I recommend her 100% and if I could give her more than 5 stars, I would!
