Kathy is the best agent I have ever worked with

I worked with Kathy on the purchase of a new home and she helped my mom purchase a home close to me as well. Kathy is amazing. She would always answer texts and emails within 30 minutes of receiving them and showed strong communication throughout the process. Kathy is also very honest and showed a high degree of professionalism which I very much appreciated. She definitely knew the area we were buying in and was able to answer all of our questions intelligently and honestly. If she didn't know the answer she would go find out for us. She also help me understand many of the nuances of the contract and other aspects of the buying process which were new to me because I had never lived in AZ before. She went out of her way to help both me and my mom with aspects of the sale and interstate moves that she didn't have to be involved in including helping us identify new services, assisting with repairs, assisting with the closing and just generally being there for us every step of the way. I would highly recommend Kathy and wish I was buying another home so that I could work with her again!
