Buying a new construction while being out-of-state was a little tricky. Kathleen was there from start to finish. She helped set up appointments with builders and represented us at any face-to-face meetings we couldn’t make. She provided valuable advice on what to expect with timelines. Even when the build was done and we were moving in, Kathleen continued to be a great resource for things like movers and water softeners. I would recommend her to my friends and family.
Kathleen has been a wonderful guide for us not just for the purchase of our new home in Bastrop, but also in our transition from California to Texas. She was always there to answer any questions we had, and got us connected to the right people who helped us make the purchase possible. Since we were out-of-state, she did a wonderful job coordinating with the builder, and represented us at times we could not make it to the walkthrough meetings. It’s one thing to make the commitment to buy a new house, but it is another thing to commit to making the move from miles away. It is just mentally, emotionally and logistically tricky. Kathleen was very patient with us through all the pivots. I think it really helps that she is someone who made the big move herself. I would gladly recommend her to family and friends.

Kathleen was more than anything we could have asked for. I'm one of the many Bay Area individuals that decided to move to Texas, and initially we were scared of the unknown but she made us feel at ease. We explored areas that she thought we would like, and we wanted to see literally everything since it was all so new to us. She never made us feel like we were inconveniencing her, because boy is there a lot of ground to cover in Texas. Well, she hit it the nail on the head when she found us a home in Kyle - we didn't know this area even existed! She was friendly, and really nice to work with.
