Knowledgeable in her field and when she came across an issue with the septic inspection she did not know about she went above and beyond to fix a miscommunication with the inspector, and find me a new inspector that could do the service requested. Very flexible with phone calls and was willing to call late at night to explain paperwork when I didn't have any time that worked except late.

Kathy made herself extremely accessible to my wife and I. I never waited more than 10 minutes for an answer. She did not always have the answer but was not afraid to tell us she did not but she always got the answer for us in a timely manner. She made our experience buying home in Pittsburgh a memorable one and I will be buying all my investment properties through her. I would highly recommend Kathy as your realtor.
