How do you rate a friend?? I knew Kat before, socially, and have watched her from a far on her real estate page and when a friend sold a house through Kat. So when I needed to sell my house and wanted to do so quickly due to life circumstances, Kat was my first and only call. However, she did much more than “just” sell my house - she made the process easy for me as I navigated my own life roller coaster. Within the longest, shortest, busiest, slowest six weeks from listing to closing, Kat not only sold the house but she became family. We cried many tears together, praised the Lord together and laughed more times than I can count. She walked through the house and gave her thoughts on what needed to be completed prior to open house to highlight the best characteristics and suggestions to address potential eyesores (older home!). There was no doubt Kat knows the market and the clientele population when listing a house. Every step of the way, she kept me in the know; I love how I felt like I was communicating directly with the buyer even though we’d never talked or met. Kat’s communication was THAT good! It takes more than just a realtor to close on a house, Kat has built relationships with industry partners who then go above and beyond expectations to close the deal. Beyond all Kat’s professional qualities, Kat is an absolute beautiful woman inside and out, who wears her heart on her sleeve, connects with people and truly has a passion for job of connecting people to the right houses to make into homes.
