I was most impressed by Kathy’s accessibility. Despite surely having a number of clients while I looked, she always returned calls and texts very quickly. There were zero issues finding time to see houses and I never felt any pressure to bid on a house if it didn’t feel right. Her knowledge and expertise were also evident as she walked me through the process from offering bids to the end of closing. Lastly, her personality was very pleasant, even-keeled, and relaxed. You can feel that her priority is helping you find the right house.

Kathy did so much to make the sale of my mother's home a great experience! She coordinated final preparation pre-sale activities for me since I live out of state and my elderly mother was not able to actively handle them. She kept me updated every step along the way. Once listed, the photographs and listing description were fantastic and there was quick interest in the house. She worked closely with me, family members and my mother on offer details and is finalizing the sale for a quick settlement. Kathy is wonderful person and knowledgeable realtor! As a first time home buyer, I was nervous on who I should work with. I was referred to Kathy by a family friend and she did not disappoint. I quickly felt at ease and trusted her. After our first day of seeing homes, we synced up on what I wanted. I was discouraged on what I was seeing in my price range and she assured me that she knew exactly what I wanted in a home and that we would find it. I knew that in this housing market and my specific budget, I expected my home search to take months. Well, it took 2 weeks to find the perfect home for me and get an offer accepted! I attribute that to Kathy. She was so helpful by answering questions promptly, advocating for me, and being flexible. I will be using her again in the future for my next home purchase and selling my of current home. She is great and I highly recommend her! My only regret is that the process was too quick and I wanted to spend more time working with Kathy.
