Kathleen helped the reviewer sell this property

We moved to NY & Kathy took care of every detail

We moved to NY so we are selling our house in VA. Having Kathleen as our realtor was the best decision we made in this process. Before we signed with Kathleen, we talked in details about her thoughts on our house, how she thinks about the price and some general suggestions. After that, things became so easy with Kathleen and her team taking care of everything for us in VA - renovation and improvement, staging, listing and open house, etc. Kathleen and her team made great effort in making our house look nice and trendy and turning it into style that potential buyers might like. She is very efficient and detail-oriented. She gave us very practical and useful suggestions. She communicates so well. With Kathleen's help, our selling process was so smooth and quick and she helped us save both time and money! Thanks Kathleen!!
