Kathleen Lantz did an amazing job as our realtor. She was highly recommend to us from a friend who she worked with to sell their home. Other realtors we met with previously just wanted to sell our house for $50,000 less than it was worth to get a quick sale without knowing anything about our house or much about the area. When Kathleen came to our first meeting it was clear that she had done her homework. She not only showed up with very helpful info on our house but also home sales for the area. It was our first time selling a house so she explained the ins and outs of the process in a way that definitely showed her expertise in real estate. She not only was able to recommend painters, photographers and home stagers, but she was also there to let them in so we didn’t have to. Kathleen was able to get our house sold quickly and for $50,000 more than the other realtors we met with suggested.
