This was our first experience selling a home, and at the same time we were building another out of the area. Kate made the process so easy to understand. She has an incredible knowledge of all aspects of the sale, and gave us excellent guidance regarding setting a price and even staging our home. Kate held our hand through every step, even giving us her recommendations when we needed some handy work done prior to closing.
