Kathleen was fantastic. I had some quirky requirements as well as a timeline that most realtors would have balked at (one had in fact told me it would be a "waste of time"). But not Kathleen. She was patient and very responsive in tailoring suggested listings to my preferences, always responded within one day to emails, and when it finally came time to actually purchase, she guided me through the offer process, pointed out some things I should include in my offer (she was a buyers' agent, and *really* was my agent!) and went above and beyond in helping set up utilities and gather other info for me to make the move-in as painless as possible. I've recommended her to my brother, who is now using her, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. I've purchased/sold three homes; Kathleen was the best by far of any agent I have ever worked with. She is first class.
