Kathleen was wonderful to work with! She exceeded all of our high expectations. Our property was out of town, so we needed a great deal of assistance, and Kathleen was available to advise, guide and assist throughout the process. Her years of experience in handling issues that arose was invaluable. She is pleasant, conscientious, dependable, thorough, knowledgable, fun, and detailed. Her dealings with potential buyers was honest and straightforward, and yet she worked to get us a very fair sales price.
