An Absolute Gem

Kathy is an absolute gem: an expert in her field, a calm voice of reason, and a genuinely good person. We worked with her to price and sell our house. She knew exactly what the market would bear, and the first people to tour put in an offer. Throughout the process, she remained calm and professional. She handled changes quickly and easily, and provided great guidance when we had questions. Her prior experience as an appraiser gave her insight into what changes were necessary and when we could “wait and see”.
