My husband and I owned a home in Cape May, NJ that we wanted to sell; however, we did not have a realtor. Our daughter is a Realtor with ReMax in Dallas, TX and I asked her to locate a Realtor in Cape May area. She searched the internet and found Kathleen Harron who had excellent reviews and comments. We met Kathleen on a Sunday at our home and felt that she was the best Realtor we could find. We signed with her that day and she started searching for similar properties and comparisons for us to review. We sold our home (above asking price) within 1 week of listing. Kathleen worked hard making sure that we had all of the work done that was needed. For example, she contacted a repair person to complete any work/repairs that were needed. We were not in attendance for closing and Kathleen took extra care to make sure that we had all paperwork and projects completed before closing. I have never experienced a Realtor before who deserves an A+++ as Kathleen does..
