Kathleen helped the reviewer buy this property

Amazingly smooth remote purchase

We were buying from out of state and Kathleen (Kathy) was very accommodating to do virtual walk throughs. Texts, emails etc. She helped us get our dream home and the whole process was pretty seamless! She advocated for us when there were small bumps and we got everything wr wanted. Thank you, Kathy for helping make our Florida dreams come true!!
