Experience good but felt I was leading the discussions/suggestions rather than Kathy

Kathy sold us our home in 2010, and when it was time to sell the home a few months ago, it was a no-brainer to ask Kathy help us sell it. Kathy knows the market like no one else. She worked smartly and tirelessly to make sure everyone knew the house was on the market using a variety of tools. She was a true partner in the process, providing counsel on pricing, marketing, staging and getting involving in negotiating once an offer came in. I wouldn't hesitate to strongly recommend her to friends and family who are looking to either buy or sell.

Kathy was vwery helpfull during the selection of the realtor but when we put the house on the market we felt lake of support: sign was not ready on time prior first appointment, open house was not operated by her, little support on the strategy on how to proceed when house stay on the market. We had to initiate calls to get information.. I will encourage her for her next customer to be more involved and proactive.
