Improvements for Better Selling Price

Kathleen assisted with the preparation for selling the townhouse - what should be updated and what could be left as is. The few things I did, new flooring in the kitchen, new appliances, allowed the asking price of the townhouse to increase dramatically. When the townhouse sold, it was the highest price ever received for the complex. The photos that were published made the townhouse sing! It looked so beautiful. I know that this helped increase foot traffic and in turn the townhouse sold in under one week for above asking price.
