Kathleen Federico Is The Best!!!
Kathleen Federico has an amazing knowledge of the Philadelphia real estate market. She has been in the business for a very long time and was able to guide me through each step of the home selling process from staging to pricing. She was also very easy to contact and returned calls and texts in a very timely manner. Kathleen is a powerhouse of energy and knowledge. She is also very patient and jenuinely cares about her clients. When I was stressed or anxious she was a voice of reason, and helped me to stay focused and calm. Kathleen's suggested asking price was perfect, and our house sold in 8 days, at full asking price! If I were to sell again, I wouldn't ever hesitate in asking Kathleen to represent me.
