House sold!

Kathy was very patient with me when I tried to do things my way and gently guided me to a successful sale. She encouraged me when there were setbacks ( buyer pulled out due to HOA rules) and kept an eye on the market and kept me advised on what I needed to do as we approached closing while I was out of town. Closing was so easy and quick in spite of buyer making changes at the last minute. I never had a doubt that she would sell my house for a price I was pleased with.
