Katie was a pleasure to work with! She had an accurate view of the current market and pricing. She was always responsive to questions that I had and was always willing to meet with me. She also offered help and suggestions for tradesmen where needed. Katie kept on top of the process to keep things moving promptly to closing. I would recommend her highly.
