Kathleen helped the reviewer buy this property

Working as a transaction agent she did a great job.

Kathleen provided a clear path to closing this property purchase. She is very knowledgeable and her recommendations for ancillary services proved to be credible. She was always available to provide guidance and presented us with opportunities outside of her contractual obligations while maintaining her position as the seller's representative. She has a clear grasp of Timber Pines, not only of its structure, but of its nuances. I have no reservations recommending Kathleen Cronin as a very competent professional real estate agent.
