Kate was so helpful & made finding a vacation home a great experience. She was honest, upfront, and was able to find the cutest little condo that fit right in my price range! Kate also helped me find the perfect mortgage company to work with, that made that part of the process a breeze. She was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of my questions at all times. Kate made the whole home buying process a wonderful experience. I am so grateful, she helped me find my tiny little happy place.
