Kate provided great insight into the marketing my property including current market conditions and how my property would be viewed by possible buyers. She advised me regarding important value-added touch ups of my property and created a beautiful portfolio of photos and video as part of the marketing plan. As I interacted with that broker she supported and advised me throughout that process. She maintained contact with the out of state broker to insure they followed up on every aspect of that purchase.
