My first contact with Kate was because of the artistic mailer she had created. Her artistic abilities showed through in several ways as she guided me through this transaction. Kate provided great insight into the marketing my property including current market conditions and how my property would be viewed by possible buyers. She advised me regarding important value-added touch ups of my property and created a beautiful portfolio of photos and video as part of the marketing plan. I was considering relocating out of the area. Kate arranged for me to meet a senior KW broker in the area I planned to purchase. As I interacted with that broker she supported and advised me throughout that process. She maintained contact with the out of state broker to insure they followed up on every aspect of that purchase. She was truly my advocate during the entire process of buying and selling both properties.
